Menu Plan for the Week of 2/14

I am taking a stab at making a crockpot meal each night this week. I have a lot of cleaning and schooling to do this week! I don't want to spend all my time cooking (for once).

MONDAY
Italian pot roast

TUESDAY
chili with cornbread

WEDNESDAY
leftover chili with crackers

THURSDAY
Italian pork chops
salad

FRIDAY
shredded buffalo/BBQ chicken sandwiches
celery and carrot sticks with ranch

SATURDAY
cuban black beans and rice
salad

SUNDAY
ravioli -- not technically a crock pot meal, but I am going to make a batch of homemade sauce on Sunday to go over the ravioli
broccoli

    This is a fab idea. You should share some of those recipes.

    I did cook up 5 lbs. of burger tonight, seperated and froze it. I'm thinking of cooking, shredding and freezing some chicken tomorrow. We'll see. Definitely need to find some ways to SIMPLIFY around here!!!

  2. Well some of the recipes are new, but after I try them, should they withstand our scrutiny, I will post. Like that Italian pot roast. Super super good. So look for that one this week.

  3. Have you ever baked your ravioli? You can layer frozen (thawed) ravioli in a baking dish with your sauce between the layers and bake for an hour at 350 degrees. It comes out heavenly!! :)

  4. I have not, since I usually like ravioli because it takes 5 minutes to make. So I am unlikely to bake it. I think...
